If you think the only way to make money is on the equity markets - then you are sadly mistaken and terribly naive.

But, seeing you make such silly "know-all" statements, I am willing to say I recently purchased a AUD$350k investment property in Ozzie - funded exclusively by the profit from an equity investment, a NZ property valued at $190k funded exclusively from the profit of a tax related investment, currently receiving a 23%pa return (in USD) on a Hong Kong finance related investment. Modesty prevents me from advising my AU & AG holdings, other Ozzie property, fine art & other investments.
