To me Trade credit facility does not mean CR, It means taking out a loan. Evidence from OPP of the product orders commitment through letter as stated in the announcement, giving us more bargaining power and most likely able to obtain the funds needed at a low interest rate because sales are guaranteed through the letter.
All IMO.
