Yes agree on this point. According to the announcement where he resigned as CIO, he remains a director. This is why I am confused why the 3Y was released.
Do you know why there is a 3Y if (as is both our current understanding) he has not and can not sell any shares until 24 hours after the release of EXL’s 2019 full financials?
