The moment enough is found, Glencore will have exclusive rights to it preventing any form of bidding war for maximum shareholder value and the offer will more than likely be terrible for SGQ shareholders to begin with. IMO
Id rather they go it alone and have a bit more dilution than JV with anyone this early on...
