OM did NOT write that report in their capacity as a proxy adviser.....so anything to do with proxy does not matter.
ISX have a copy of the report. They quoted sections of the report in an ASX announcement.
So, after quoting from the report they are still complaining about not having the report........... sounds slippery to me. Just a red herring - if the report is wrong then fight it, do not moan about not having it when you clearly do have it.
