the point being would you put your $1.1b into a scenario of extreme political risk when by simply waiting 3 months to see the aftermath of the election you can mitigate that risk completely?
risk is gone... time to put the money on the table... securely transferring how ever many hundred million are outstanding might actually take more than 24 hours from when the situation begins to appear stable...
