Clever manipulation.
CR at 40c would have been a disaster and would have had minimal take up as fundamentals looked very poor and big dilution.
But - pump the SP way high, then let it retreat so people (well retail...) think it’s the new normal and was obviously “overbought” - then bingo! Do a CR at “fair value” (lol) @ multiples of where you were originally.
