False bay is correct there are several coys that have done it I know one explorer that went ahead. Share price was 2.6 consolidation 1 :10 now down 60% after consolidation.
You would be mad to do it in this current mkt climate with the current share price. If it was 20-30 cps and depending on the extent of consolidation and what was happening in terms of future plans ie: mining possibility or JV . Maybe then it would be more appropriate.
Hypothetically if you had a 1:5 consolidation that wld bring it to roughly 6 cents. I wld guarantee the way the mkt is at present you'd see it back at 3 cents perhaps on no news.
