The success fee now out to 31 March 2020.
So deal needs to be finalised by 31 March.
They need to provide Notice of Meeting at least 4wks in advance.
So now latest for NOM to be given to s/h will be say 1st or 2nd March.
But thats latest.
Am not sure what "binding agreement" is defined, but I guess it is just minority s/h approval?
What is new is last para.
Why put that in?
They r flagging a "process' of mgt and/or board change after vote.
That process will occur whatever the outcome of vote.
IMHO, they are setting the scene for Plan B, in the event of a NO vote.
