$50 says that the loan funds haven't be transferred to CFE and/or the lender has backed out of the deal. No other reason for the TH in my opinion as if they got the funds and the lender is still on board, then there's no reason for the markt not to be trading as the full terms of the loan were announced on 6/1/20...
