hiding info..... now that would be more akin to what they did with the previous BFS that was 95% complete..... before they decided 'not to bother spending the $$ to finish it' and claim 3 years later that all the data was out of date... meanwhile all that commercially sensitive FMS BFS data was handed over to BBIG... the very mob we re are now supposed to be trying to broker a deal with....

It's questionable behaviour at best - tested in a courtroom, who knows.
