G'Day Werley. Had to look that "U" word up, and am surprised considering that in 2007 China had just 100,000 ATM. (quote from AGM last year, could be wrong though, don't have official figs)
I recalled the "China Union Pay", they are the "Transaction interchange switch" that Beijing Yinkatong Technology(BCT) use for ATMS they have with three major Chinese Banks. (China CITIC, China Everbright and Bank of Beijing) ICP invested in BCT in the form of a loan with a potential to acquire 55%. See Page three 2007 Annual Report and announcement 06/09/07.

Good to know you are still in this. It's taken a great deal longer than i expected. James Manny is still working away getting this game up and running and providing i live long enough, i shall see it out. Working with the the Chinese seems to be an endless quest to achieve meaning full goals.

So, no MOU that i can find but definitely a working arrangement.
