depends on the terms of the financing if its C notes it could go down to 2 cents , if it is a standard loan at around 5% over 15 years with few conditions then you guys could double your money quickly .
The poor operational performance , and resultant poor bottom line of their current operations in QLD would not be inspiring confidence for potential financiers .
