What to do.

Carry on with the Court case, pay ALL legal costs both sides and damages [really quite unlimited possibly] and yet again upset his investors so badly he is kicked out of the job! Loses face and any credibility with business & mining community and faces personal loses potentially with ongoing legal action, defamation, group action etc.

Or

Do a deal [out of court] well before the Court date to minimise costs [legals minimised] and possibly compensation will be less than a Court issued compensation.
Details can/could be keep confidential so not major loss of face/credibility and he gets to keep the "life style" job also. VMC holders pay most of the pain!

To be honest this is what I have believed would be the case from day one of the legal action. My belief was he never intended to go to Court but extract something from SPX/DJC before hand. Picked on the wrong cookies to try this with.

All in my opinion of course! Fun contemplating the different angles!
