It appears cranston will have controlling stake in CRB given the current numbers. I would imagine the minor shareholder is just a passenger now.
Not sure whether the ASX will allow so much control for one person. Also where is the disclosure of conflict of interest i wonder...
Anyway they working to plan i guess. This was always on the cards by the looks since Cockatoo island appears to have been an option around the time that they lost interest in Mt Morgan.
