Think they should maybe use a better word but simply it is parties that have an interest in the business in some way eg the government gets fees etc and the other is no doubt regarding the supplier of the ore.
Could be a few companies supplying ore for a trial and BSM is a possibility. Definately more to it and maybe the supplier would rather wait until the IMRP is up and running as it would suit them better depending what else is in their ore mix.Also bigger thru put and better returns.
