For goodness sakes, please read the announcements!!

WFE has clearly not been able to satisfy the requirements that they put upon themselves in regard the offtake agreements, nor is their any evidence of WFE obtaining the license category B to operate the facility.

The company has failed you, not the ASX!!!

The only 'agenda' from the ASX is that companies follow the rules and regulations. This mob got it wrong from the get go and you still can't see it despite it being in WFE's own announcements!!

You have been calling this incorrectly for over a year and a half, and yet despite this still want to blame others (the ASX in this case), for your losses. Your relentless statements about myself and others only wanting to get in cheaply or just being plain wrong, have now been proven incorrect by the company themselves, yet you still can't lay blame where it belongs!!
Any and all blame for peoples losses remain with WFE for going about this in the wrong manner, and all the shareholders, especially the major ones, for just letting it happen!!
