Looks to be as a type of capital raise for more funds. Someone buys the securities now the funds are payable in September.
Can anyone explain how this works.
6 million raised can’t be enough so Vince needs more and we get 111.5 M more dilution to add to the last billion shares of dilution.
Care to explain someone who knows what this actually is ?
