This is the second extension.
Does that indicate they are having a little difficulty raising the funds?
They need $1 million for the Lind repayment, and probably somewhere around $300k for salaries.
Not sure what happens if there is a major shortfall, or an almost complete failure in the raising.
I know TYM went for an approximate $1 million raise recently and ended up with only about $75,000, could this be the same?
Investors are hunkering down and being a lot more conservative with who they give money too, so it would seem.
