MOU is very rarely enforced by court ruling. It states
the LOI has been extended, suggesting it is the same agreement as the prior MOU. But sure, if you want to make an issue of the terminology that's fine.

Conveniently you ignore the crux of my point. It is still an interested, potential customer. Which is the second best thing you can have at this stage. And one who is working on the next step towards the best thing we could have at this stage, an offtake agreement.

it's not misleading, they intend to purchase 5000 tons of hydroxide, what a p1 should be able to make in a year. I never said this year. Again, you seem to think we are currently producing at commercial levels, unable to find customers and flailing. We are not. We are in the pilot/proving stages. Hence, we have no customers, because we have no product to sell. We have the second best thing you can have at this stage, someone who intends to buy our product, and are working towards the best thing you can have pre-commercial production, an offtake agreement (pre-order sale) and with customers receiving samples, we may well get that.

it's really stupid to point out "you don't have customers", when we aren't at that stage. We also don't make dividends and are not profitable. But it's a redundant thing to say because you don't see those thing at this stage of a company. You can nitpick all you want but it doesn't change your empty negativity.
