Toho funding support – Toho will assist AMPL to procure, by leveraging the attractive programmes available to it from its relationships with Japanese lenders, a contribution to project financing debt.

This is written under the Toho transaction section. Note that the wording has changed from the initial Toho announcement 30/1/19 of " potentially procure a contribution of debt financing..." to that written above "will assist AMPL to procure..."

One can then assume the debt financing (some/all?) coming through Japan will be attractive for SH.
