I wouldnt say paying 42c to convert non exec options is acquiring and I would expect to see in three days that he doesn't have them anymore judging the drop from the high today of 1.925 to where we are now. He knows the takeover is a no goer and MAH's sp will drop. Another director fleecing the flock. My opinion only and stand to be corrected.
