All the bearish cycles on the XJO seem to concur
that all things being equal the bear market will
persist till about the end of October.

There is always the risk, if you heed some of the
rumours that have been floating on the internet
(eg urbansurvival / halfpasthuman) that some
stupendous event in the USA about the end of October
will change the very nature of the US market,
for the worse.
