There is no money in the stock market to pull out and put into property.. its all been pulled out over the last 18 months to go into interest rates.
Rental returns are not good, when did this happen..?
rents might be high, but property prices are higher which ballances it out.
again back to my original question, i property prices rise... at a 1:10 ratio, how will people pay off a mortgage where interest is more than their Net salary?
