Unsound punters or you may call it as unsound retail investors (may be including you. Lol) keep chasing the shares when the share price has been going up significantly and so high because they think that the share price will move to one direction i.e. up and up. Sadly, they forget that price could move two directions either up or down. On the other hand, when the share price has been dropping significantly, unsound investors only think that the share price would move to one direction i.e.. down and down and even it has actually reached the bottom, the investors who have sold it a loss, they think that this is the end of the world and share price will never rebound, and they did not want to buy it. Funny, when the share price rebounds and keep going up again, they buy it and repeat the same mistake. LOL. The success in investing in speculative stock is to know the timing "buy low" and "sell high" or "sell high" and "buy low". Know when to enter and when to exit. In reality, unsound punters buy high and sell low.
