These practical people are sick of the alarmists who blame it on "climate change" and know why the fires are so hot and spread so quickly. Nothing to do with climate change, more to do with a nanny state who stop people doing what we have always done, and then don't do it themselves. The last thing these people want is another tax to stop climate change, which will achieve nothing and make it even harder to live on the land. These people are sick of inner city people telling them how to run their lives. They know climate change happens, has always happened which is something we all know. They just know it is complex and adding more regulation or taxes won't help. They also hate wind turbines, they are noisy, ugly, unreliable, and they wear the consequences.
