I think an EOD scanner combined with ViewPoint for now will suit you just fine
All the scanning companies I mentioned earlier offer free trials. Remember DayTradeScan is currently completing an upgrade and Spark will be having an upgrade around Mid Year from memory..... Speak to Joe at DTS and Adam at Spark, great guys
Another great scanner and charting pack is MetaStock...EOD only I believe, not sure about Chi-X tho
