    Im also wondering If CNP goes under what happens to CER we own 51% of CER would they go under too. This is one good reason to hold CNP for every share u buy you get a .5 share of CER as well! hehehe. Id live if CNP collapsed and all we got out of it was .5 share in CER. CER is pretty over looked but its really only down the shitter cause CNP are. Their LVR will be around 65% when CAF sells which banks will refinance on. It also holds alot more AU assets then CNP in fact Majority. I think swap might have mentioned the benifits of CER once before so I checked em out. However with all the joint ventures and loans between the two would find it hard to believe they could stand on their own feet if CNP went under. Banks wouldn't touch them if CNP went down as Centro name would be tarnished
