It looked like that report was trying to do the exact opposite of getting a lift in the SP, forecasting a capital raising later this year for only 5c per share and another sometime next year at 8c. Why would anyone pay more than 5c for a share on market after reading that? They wouldn't. It could potentially make current holders who are patiently waiting for the SP to return to the levels they bought in at throw in the towel and sell out though. If it was a shake of the tree by telling the world the SP will be staying low for the next two years then it was a clumsy one, they got knocked out, broke a branch.
