maybe an intelligent research and ratings company conducts an independent rating review at their own cost on an entity where multiple parties are likely to purchase the report they prepared because of speculation. This would be smart business by the rating agency wouldn’t it? Yes ISX bought a copy of the report. Likely major holders or market analysts might have wanted to buy one and take a look at governance.
The more copies that are sold the better. Few people are going to buy reports on a well established and reputable entity with no current media interest. Does that make sense to you?
