U right, with Gandel blocking stake, ALK won't be taken over (unless right price offered)
But there may be no choice but to side with Newcrest if Boda is somewhat of a repeat of Cadia. The reason being that Cadia can only be profitably mined by the block caving method. And as it lays, Newcrest have both the expertise and capital to do this and Alkane unfortunately does not.
Maybe better to join forces and make money then to sit on a resource waiting. JMO
