In my opinion for the MRP to go forward now, without funds raised by a JV, could only mean another small cap raising at ridiculously low levels.
Question-- If this were to be the case then would there be a great deal of support from its shareholders? I don’t think so..although I could be wrong..but then again “I don't think so”..I assume the best thing for shareholders now is to hold and just see what happens..
