No point exercising if the exercise price is more than the on-market price.
Eg bought option at 2c
Exercise +10c
= 12c for each exercised share.
May as well sell option for .005c and buy share for 9c....then each share owes you 2c - .005c + 9c.
So each share owes you 10.5 cents rather than 12.....
