It’s understandable that shareholders are frustrated, our sp has been going south even faster than the general market has been heading north to record territory, and it’s starting to get very uncomfortable. But, arguments about the level of remuneration are one thing, saying that key holders have lost faith in management is another. Sure, Warwick fired a warning shot recently, but he also praised management for running the operations competently. I think you will be hard pressed to find many, if any, key holders who want wholesale changes at board level.
