Hi GT, thanks for the apology, I feel I have been quite neutral and even supportive on VRC over the years and VRC seems to have a well balanced discussion forum.
Anyway, my understanding was only projects with a Special Mining Licence needed to list 30% of the project on the DSE, though it's been awhile since I have looked at this. My understanding is VRC has two seperate Mining licences to cover stage 1 and stage 2, though I don't think either are Special Mining Licences?

Are VRC going to have to upgrade their licence to SML?
Also interesting your thoughts that a note or bond, being a debt instrument rather than equity, would meet the 30% listing requirement. Is there any support for this in the legislation or regulations?
