The largest shareholders have lost their shares to the margin lenders in exchange for...$? or shares?
The largest shareholders were the ex CEOS King and Adams..who holds their shares? Scott relinquished shares to ANZ via Chimeara? Shares siezed through OPES clients are ANZs unless court proceedings prove otherwise...
What I am saying is... the large shareholders usually have representation on a board and could influence actions ??? ...What do others think? So what would ANZ and others want? and how would they want to deal with creditors, assets and the OCV situation. Could large shareholders influence this situation in any way.... or not? Is that possible or probable??Who makes the decisions ,Mark Korda, 333, who???
CAN Shareholders especially large ones direct via board representation and could that dampen ASIC actions?
I have no knowledge of Shareholders rights or power in such circumstances...does anyone else?
Wouldnt the board be obligated to repesent the largest shareholders wishes? without favouring them above others of course.. Largest shareholders are? NOW not themselves.
