I agree with the fundamentals of your analysis MIStragic but I believe that if the King of the Hills mine does become a 3 million ounze mine in the making then it is inevitable that it ( or more likely RED) will be acquired before the KOTH plant is switched on .
So, within 12 months ..post Final Feasibility Study delivery and with AUD gold price holding at $2000+ an offer for KOTH is a high probability . What price for KOTH ?
The evident huge, profitable success of the bulk underground program will hopefully confirm the easy debt financing for KOTH which I suggest should see a $1bn price tag by Australia Day, 2021 .
And that's when we will be happy to collect a 300% return on our investment.
