So SIO are making 5.5 times their money owed with this deal going off their 2c stock to be issued.

I wonder why such a good deal is being offered to them?

With all the money raised and detailed in the report and wasted, I really wonder why they can't pay them out?

They sold immunotherapies to Neil Finlayson who has just started jingang medicine for $300k

Are the options being voted on for the board members at 11.2c going to be consolidated or is that the price after the 100:1?

Once again all I see is really reckless behaviour in this company.
