Dear Punters,
Interesting there is a lot of negative commentary on CHM. One reason is that it is been driven by Grimaldi who is the only person that could have leaked the detail of the settlement offer - very sloppy. Grimaldi looks like he is in a world of pain...criminal charges? Probably not the favourite son of MMX. Pity he has left MMX facing Armageddon. Oh another thing...if there was no substance to the claim whay is MMX starting off with an 8m settlement? Makes you wonder!
Another thing-directors of MMX should stop making announcements about evidence they are yet to view...if they want to avoid a class action by shareholders of MMX later down the track!
