    I am just wondering where would Codelco build their ponds if they decided to bypass us? Codelco are cash strapped, and the minister of mining stated they need fund their business with private capital. So if Codelco plays the socialist hard ball card, they would shoot LPI/MSB in the foot, but they would blow their own heads off.
