"Shares in Kalahari Minerals Plc. climb 4.4 percent as the AIM listed miner and explorer announces that Rio Tinto has acquired a 14.9 percent stake in
the company, prompting Ambrian to repeat its 'speculative buy' stance.
In a note, Ambrian says: 'This move by Rio Tinto is a signal to the market of the quality of Kalahari's uranium assets in Namibia.'
The broker added that it believes Rio Tinto will come back for the remainder of Kalahari. It says it will not do this in the next few months but more likely in the one-year timeframe.

Haven't had time to cross-check but I think it might have more detail than the version filed in London
