Well well well, so direct from someone who is not on the board but I'll place far more credence with this person.
Dr Quirk will resign as a director if this deal goes through... We all know this don't we? Yes because it is in writing. What is not in writing is why he is resigning.
He is stepping down because enhanced.molecule skin peneteation tech will no longer be with the newly configured company. This is from a colleague iof mine employed by UWA.
Ask the board members if this little bit of news is accurate.
