Yes i did see Dr Bloom, there is a checkup 6 weeks after last injection and another MRI is optional, realistically if you pain has decreased you dont need an MRI to prove results, i didn't not get one. About half way through i started feeling less pain, i when i went for my checkup this stuff is really working.
