    Podcast: mining stock education
    Episode: Lobo Tiggre
    Start at 21:45

"95% of builders that start building the mine, succeed at doing so." We have chico and lycopodium (or was it mono?)

In my understanding there are the two main phases to achieve baggers: exploration to discovery and DFS to first product.

We missed the first. Why sell the second at discount? This is still a spec stock.

Selling at under a dollar seems silly to me. But again happy to be brought down to reality if too ambitious.

Construction is risky, it's just not as hard as people think. It gets hard when people don't spend the right amount of time upfront and don't spend the right amount of capital. The object is not to cut capital or shorten schedules, but to make sure it is the right amount and that the owners team do the following things right:

Select the right project leadership (not the MD or some executive), select the right contractor and set up appropriate monitoring and control. The executives need to make sure they are both empowering and appropriately restricting the project team without being predatory monsters in the background (re: Clive and others).

I see this as the easy part. This stock isn't undervalued because of the underlying project risk. The commodity is the suppressing force at the moment. And if you find the commodity too risky moving forward, have you invested in the right placed?
