Doubt it, as I collected a fair few shares on that day - a pretty poor accumulation strategy for our would-be 'capper'.
I did notice an awful lot of exact $500 bids that day - minimum parcels to allow SPP eligibility. Perhaps a large holder disappointed with the implied limited nature of the SPP, and keeping their financing options open.
