I can confirm your story having spoke to Tunks myself. He is definitely keen to pay up at the 5c however there is a time delay as he changes from an industry to a private super fund. The fact that he is keen to change to this fund tells me a lot.
I can also confirm he now does not bother with Hot Copper with all the BS that is written there from downrampers with an agenda who do not have a clue.
