Shareholders were approving the issue of Management Incentive Options (at 50% & 150% premium to 5-day VWAP prior to meeting) to Peter Duerden, David Richardson & David Berrie.

Management can't vote on their own Options issue so those votes are Abstained:

- David Richardson had 42,442,573 shares as at time of meeting so 42,442,571 votes were Abstained on the issue of Options to him (looks like a typo by 2 shares between the two documents!!)

- David Berrie had 14,029,044 shares as at time of meeting so 14,029,044 votes were Abstained on the issue of Options to him

Going off that, Peter Duerden's Abstained votes were 4,850,313 meaning that he has bought up more shares, from ~2.5M shares to 4,850,313.

I am 99.9% sure that this is his holding so once he officially starts as MD in about a week, we will find out as they lodge an Initial Director's Holding Statement which will show how many shares (and now Options) he holds.
