Why block in the first place then. Total waste of time & showed MMX had no idea in the battle for MIS & where comprehensively beaten.
But those shares where always left as a bargining chip for a merger. Could this mean MMX have given up all hope of a merger on their own terms? I hope so at least Sino if they have to settle for a merger will have to offer something attractive.
I think it is the final stuff up on the MIS issue. good riddance i suppose.
