You're quite right that he doesn't have the "power", although it seems that he thinks he has. All he wants is to move the market with his every twit.
Yet his practices are adversely effecting the global economy... don't take my word for it as I'm a nobody with no particular knowledge. Its the highest authorities on the global market who are saying this. I'm only a messenger.
