I can understand why you absolutely hate WPL hustler as your investment is 50% down.
Woodside's backyard comment highlights that in spades as you seem to be implying favouritism.
I remember you thought, amongst others, there was a FSPO cost with the COP sale to WPL.
Hence FAR didn't know what they were buying was the mantra, which turned out to be FAKE news.

I wouldn't be counting any monies from PE as FAR were in NO position to by any 35% which conveniently seems to be continually overlooked on here by the WPL haters.
This little piece of realism will no doubt be front and centre of any decision by arbiters.
FAR would have been asked IF they were in a position to buy and CN would have to come clean and reply in the negative.
This is where PE falls flat and it seems everyone bar a few diehards on here miss that.
3 years of total BS we have continually read by the few posters left on here where the market totally dismisses any award to FAR and their folly in pursuing this crusade.
CN's words at the EGM and previous AGM's where she refers to unscrambling an egg, the JOA is loose and wouldn't do this again are testament to the folly of this mangement.

I await DB leading the charge to replace CN when the decision comes out in the negative.
I also expect the apologist to come to her defense.
